After that there may be increases related to the cost of the beach.

In case the location is for two weeks or more: 12% discount!

EXTRA:

• bed linen per person: € 7,50
• the tourist tax – per person: € 1,00
• conditioned air: € 0,60 per Kwh

NB: The apartment and the beach service are unexpended exclusively by the lessee family.
They are not allowed outsiders (friends, relatives, other people) without the prior permission of the management.
