The Marazzato family, in the tourist accommodation sector sice 1960, is pleased to welcome you in one of the most comfortable areas of Lido di Jesolo. Exactly halfway between the pine forest and the center, the “East area” enjoys proximity to all the entertainment, however offering quiet to all those who love a more residential environment. The beach has recently been reorganized with a promenade illuminated even in the evening, which is very suggestive.
The apartments, only 50 mt far from the beach, are served by lift, air conditioning, heat pump heating, wi-fi, mosquito nets, solarium on the fifth floor and all have a large terrace overlooking the sea.

The rental price includes: kitchen equipment, consumption of hot / cold water, gas, electricity, 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers, parking space, hairdryer, safe, TV socket, microwave oven, Wi-Fi, cleaning the apartment at the end of the stay (kitchen, dishes and pots must be washed by the customer).
