Just 70 metres from the sea, Residenza Ideal Sole offers its guests every comfort for an ideal stay. The flats are served by a lift, solarium and have a large terrace with sea views. The rental price includes: kitchen equipment (cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, fridge, etc.), hot and cold water consumption, gas, electricity, beach service with 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers, 1 parking space, hairdryer, safe, TV socket, microwave, Wi-Fi, cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay (kitchen, dishes and pots must be washed by the customer).
The apartment is reserved from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
The A&O market, open from May to September, located on the ground floor of the building, is an additional convenience for guests of the residence.

The sleeping area with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds, is separated from the living area by a large wardrobe. The living area has a kitchen equipped with a microwave and a double sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a window.

Apartment type B

Apartment for 5 people comprising a large bathroom with window and shower, a double bedroom that can be converted into two single beds, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed and a single sofa. The corner terrace is spacious and comfortable.

Studio

For those who love tailor-made holidays: a studio flat suitable for 2 guests, with a separable double bed, equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Practical and essential for those who want to enjoy the sea to the fullest.
